Return Policy

Returns & Exchanges Policy

PAWFECT hopes to provide every pet and owner with a reassuring shopping experience.

To protect the rights of both parties, please read the following Returns & Exchanges Policy carefully before making a purchase.


Scope of Application

This policy applies only to products purchased through the PAWFECT official website.

Products purchased via in-person pickup or partner retail locations are not covered by this policy.


Returns and Exchanges for Online Purchases

In accordance with applicable regulations, PAWFECT offers an exchange service within 7 days of receiving the product.

Please note that the 7-day appreciation period is not a trial period.

To be eligible for an exchange, all of the following conditions must be met:

  • The product must be unused

  • The product must be undamaged and free from stains

  • The original packaging and all accessories must be complete


Cases Not Eligible for Exchange

Due to product characteristics and hygiene considerations, exchanges will not be accepted under the following circumstances:

  • Products that show signs of use, including the presence of pet hair

  • Damage, scratches, stains, or odors caused by human factors

  • Incomplete packaging or missing items

  • Customized products made according to customer-selected materials or colors

  • Exchange requests submitted more than 7 days after delivery

Embroidery Logo Notice
PAWFECT logos are created using embroidery. Due to the nature of the embroidery process, slight variations such as minor edge lifting, differences in thread thickness, or small variations between individual items may occur. These are considered normal craftsmanship characteristics and reasonable variations, and do not constitute product defects.

Such conditions are not accepted as reasons for returns or exchanges.


Customized Products

Certain products offer customization options and are made according to customer specifications.

Except in cases of confirmed non-human-caused defects, customized products are not eligible for returns or exchanges.


Defective Products

All PAWFECT products are inspected prior to shipment.

If a non-human-caused defect is found on an unused product, please contact us within 7 days of receiving the item.

Once verified, PAWFECT will provide the following solution:

  • Replacement with the same product

  • Exchange shipping costs covered by PAWFECT


Exchange Request Process

Please submit your exchange request within 7 days of receiving the product via our official contact channels and provide the following information:

  • Order number

  • Purchaser’s name

  • Reason for exchange and product photos (if applicable)

Our customer service team will assist you with the next steps after confirmation.


In-Person Pickup and Partner Retail Purchases

Products purchased via in-person pickup or partner retail locations are not eligible for returns or exchanges.

We recommend confirming product condition and suitability at the time of purchase.


Additional Notes

  • Minor differences in size or weight are considered normal and do not constitute defects

  • Slight color variations due to screen display differences are not considered defects

  • Actual product specifications are subject to the delivered items


Policy Updates

PAWFECT reserves the right to update this Returns & Exchanges Policy at any time.

Any updates will be announced on the official website without prior individual notice.



International Orders

Due to international shipping costs, customs procedures, and product characteristics, PAWFECT does not accept returns or exchanges for international orders as a general rule.

If a product is confirmed to have a major, non-human-caused defect while remaining unused, please contact us within 7 days of receiving the item and provide relevant photos for review.

Once verified, PAWFECT will offer an appropriate solution based on the situation, such as a replacement, partial refund, or other remedial options.
International orders are not required to be returned, and the final resolution will be determined at PAWFECT’s discretion.

Requests due to personal reasons, including size concerns, personal preference, or reasonable craftsmanship variations, are not eligible for international returns or exchanges.
