For purchases made at partner retail locations, payment methods are subject to each store’s policies

Shipping and Delivery
Shipping origin: Taiwan
Orders are generally shipped within 3–5 business days after payment confirmation, excluding weekends and public holidays
Shipping methods include 7-11 and HCT Logistics
Delivery times may be delayed due to public holidays, peak logistics periods, or force majeure events, and we appreciate your understanding
Customized Products
Certain products offer customization options, such as material or color selection
Customized products are made according to customer specifications and are not eligible for returns or exchanges unless a product defect is confirmed
Returns and Exchanges Summary
For purchases made through the official website, exchange service is available within 7 days of receiving the product in accordance with applicable regulations
Products must be unused, undamaged, and returned with complete packaging
Exchanges will not be accepted under the following circumstances:
Products that have been used, including the presence of pet hair, damage or staining caused by human factors, or customized products
Defective Items
All products are inspected prior to shipment. If a non-human-caused defect is found on an unused product, PAWFECT will provide a replacement with free return shipping
In-person Pickup and Partner Retail Purchases
Products purchased via in-person pickup or partner retail locations are not eligible for returns or exchanges
Product Use and Responsibility
PAWFECT products are pet用品, and actual usage results may vary depending on individual pets
Recommended for small dogs and cats weighing under 10 kilograms
Stores may provide usage suggestions, but final suitability must be determined by the pet owner
PAWFECT shall not be held responsible for damages resulting from improper use or usage beyond the recommended scope
Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, PAWFECT shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages
Governing Law and Jurisdiction
These Terms & Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of China (Taiwan)
Any disputes arising from these Terms & Conditions shall be subject to the jurisdiction of the court at the location of the brand operator
